Cam Ward has thrown just three passing touchdowns through four games for the 0-4 Tennessee Titans, whose offense ranks near the bottom in scoring and passing yards. The second-year quarterback, the 2025 first overall pick, has posted a 63 percent completion rate and 726 yards while dealing with accuracy and decision-making issues, though he added two rushing scores and showed modest growth with a season-high 222 yards in Week 4. Coach Robert Saleh has ruled out benching him and cited ongoing work on footwork and pocket presence stemming from last year’s heavy sack total. The Titans host the Texans in Week 5 before a schedule featuring a Week 9 bye, with potential for higher volume if the offensive line improves and targets such as Carnell Tate connect more consistently.
