Oklahoma City Thunder's 60-16 record and 2.5-game lead over the San Antonio Spurs with six games left underpin their 93.8% implied probability as Western Conference #1 seed, reinforced by their dominant 139-96 rout of the Lakers on April 2 where Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 28 points. Despite Spurs holding the head-to-head tiebreaker and strong play from Victor Wembanyama, OKC's elite defense, MVP-caliber production from Gilgeous-Alexander, and superior net rating give traders confidence in clinching via the division winner or better winning percentage rules. Realistic challenges include Lu Dort's hard fall injury from the Lakers game, OKC's tough road back-to-back at Lakers and Clippers, or a Spurs win-out streak against Denver and others, though projections favor Thunder at 64-18.
