This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 MLS Golden Boot. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLS rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLS season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026 ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Soccer; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Petar Musa's explosive start with six goals in five matches, including a Matchday 4 hat-trick that earned MLS Player of the Matchday honors, has traders pricing him at 39.9% implied probability to claim the 2026 MLS Golden Boot presented by Audi, building on his prolific form since joining FC Dallas. Nashville SC's Sam Surridge trails at 22.7% after leading the league with seven goals through four games—highlighted by a hat-trick in a 4-0 rout of Orlando City and Player of the Month for February/March awards—showcasing his clinical finishing. Defending champion Lionel Messi holds 21.0% at third with four goals amid Inter Miami's unbeaten run, though his pace lags early leaders despite recent strikes like his 900th career goal in CONCACAF Champions Cup play. These trader consensuses hinge on sustained scoring momentum in a parity-driven league where hot starts often foreshadow title contention.
