Kamil Majchrzak enters as the higher-ranked contender at No. 57 against No. 71 Juan Manuel Cerundolo in their third-round ATP 250 Grand Prix Hassan II matchup on Marrakech's outdoor red clay, riding momentum from a third-round Miami Open run last week that included a straight-sets upset over Learner Tien. Cerundolo, a left-handed Argentine clay specialist boasting a 60% win rate on the surface in 2026, leverages strong baseline play and topspin suited to these conditions, contrasting Majchrzak's career 38% clay success amid his recent hard-court surge. With no head-to-head history, no injuries reported, and mild 17-18°C weather forecast, trader consensus reflects Majchrzak's form edge in a closely contested affair where surface affinity could spark an upset.
