This market will resolve according to the listed player who wins the 2026 Valero Texas Open tournament. If a listed player is eliminated from contention for the Valero Texas Open tournament based on the official rules of the tournament, the relevant market will immediately resolve to "No". If an unlisted player wins the Valero Texas Open tournament this market will resolve to "Other". In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by PGA Tour official tournament rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If no winner is announced by April 11, 2026 at 8:00PM ET this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be the official results published by the PGA Tour website (https://www.pgatour.com/).Trader consensus prices Ricky Castillo, Alex Smalley, Rico Hoey, Seong-Hyeon Kim, and David Lipsky equally at 25% implied probabilities to win the Valero Texas Open at TPC San Antonio's challenging Oaks Course, reflecting a bunched leaderboard after Round 1 where these mid-tier PGA Tour pros fired low opening scores amid benign scoring conditions. Their recent form—strong ball-striking and putting on similar layouts—has fueled the tight race, with no standout separating from the pack despite a large 156-player field. Trailing names like Robert MacIntyre (14%) and Ludvig Aberg (10%) show slightly higher opening-round struggles or weaker course history, keeping upside potential alive for upsets as Round 2 weather and fatigue factor in, underscoring golf's volatility early in stroke play.
