This market will resolve according to the listed player who wins the 2026 Valero Texas Open tournament. If a listed player is eliminated from contention for the Valero Texas Open tournament based on the official rules of the tournament, the relevant market will immediately resolve to "No". If an unlisted player wins the Valero Texas Open tournament this market will resolve to "Other". In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by PGA Tour official tournament rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If no winner is announced by April 11, 2026 at 8:00PM ET this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be the official results published by the PGA Tour website (https://www.pgatour.com/).Round 1 at the Valero Texas Open concluded with Mark Hubbard leading at 7-under on the windy TPC San Antonio Oaks Course, one stroke ahead of a packed group at 6-under including Tony Finau, Davis Thompson, Andrew Putnam, Robert MacIntyre, and Steven Fisk, reflecting the field's parity and keeping trader probabilities tightly clustered around 25% for mid-tier contenders like Ricky Castillo, Patrick Fishburn, Rico Hoey, Matt McCarty, and David Lipsky. This bunching stems from low liquidity in the expansive winner market amid sparse volume, compounded by a deep 150-player field where no dominant favorite emerged pre-Masters; strong par-5 scoring and scrambling from overlooked ball-strikers in gusty conditions (15-20 mph winds) mirror historical winners' profiles, while big names like Ludvig Åberg (T7 at 5-under, 10.1%) and Tommy Fleetwood (T7, 8.1%) lurk without separating. Round 2 resumption promises volatility on the penal layout.
