Trader consensus overwhelmingly favors over 2.8 million TSA checkpoint passengers on March 19, driven by the agency's official release confirming 2.93 million screened—the second-highest single-day total ever, amid peak spring break travel demand. This eclipses prior records like 2.91 million on March 16, reflecting sustained post-winter surge in air travel volumes fueled by holidays and favorable weather. Lower bins near zero as historical throughput rarely dips below 2M outside disruptions, with no reported weather delays, strikes, or cancellations that day. Revisions to final TSA data are exceedingly rare, leaving scant room for challenges absent extraordinary audits or errors.
