This market will resolve to “Yes” if Vladimir Putin remains the President of Russia without interruption from February 28, 2022, through January 1, 2023, 12:00:00 AM ET (inclusive). Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.
The resolution source for this market will be the CIA World Factbook page for Russia, currently available at https://www.cia.gov/the-world-factbook/countries/russia/#government. It will be checked daily at 12:00 PM ET until the resolution date to see if Vladimir Putin is still the President of Russia.
If the Russian Federation is dissolved or otherwise ceases to exist before the resolution date of this market, or if the President of Russia position is otherwise eliminated, the market will resolve as “No”.
If the CIA World Factbook page for Russia is unavailable on the resolution time, it will be checked at 12:00 PM ET every day for the 7 days following resolution time. If the CIA World Factbook is still unavailable at that time, the UN sourcehttps://www.un.org/dgacm/sites/www.un.org.dgacm/files/Documents_Protocol/hspmfmlist.pdf will be used instead.
