This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kevin Spacey announces that he will file for bankruptcy or has filed for bankruptcy of any variety by June 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

An announcement will suffice for a "Yes" resolution, regardless of if or when the actual filing occurs.

The primary resolution source will be an announcement be made through any of Kevin Spacey's official or verified channels, as a recorded or written statement by himself or his official representative, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
