Trader consensus slightly favors No at 51% for an unbeaten UEFA Champions League champion, reflecting the razor-thin margin in a grueling new-format schedule requiring 8 league phase matches plus up to 7 knockout ties without defeat—a feat unseen since Porto in 2003/04. Liverpool leads unbeaten on 15 points from five straight wins after Matchday 5's 1-0 victory over Bayer Leverkusen, with Sporting CP and Atalanta also unblemished on 13 points each, creating competitive balance among dark horses. However, all face stern tests in remaining league phase fixtures (e.g., Liverpool at RB Leipzig, Sporting vs. Manchester City) and potential playoff rounds for seeds 9-24, where upsets abound. A slip by frontrunners or shock win streaks could swiftly flip probabilities.
