Trader consensus in the UEFA Champions League most cards market clusters tightly around Martín Zubimendi, Declan Rice, Álvaro Fernández Carreras, and Konrad Laimer at 44-44.5% implied probabilities, reflecting their shared status as foul-prone midfielders and defenders with 3-4 yellow cards apiece through the league phase's early matchdays. Zubimendi and Merino's aggressive tackling for Real Sociedad and Arsenal drew bookings in recent fixtures against Sporting CP and Inter Milan, while Rice avoided a suspension threshold in Arsenal's draw with Shakhtar Donetsk despite heavy involvement. Laimer and Kim Min-Jae racked up fouls in Bayern Munich's high-pressing style during wins over Benfica and Sturm Graz, and Fernández Carreras earned cards for Benfica's defensive battles. With 4-6 games remaining per team, including rivalry clashes and high-stakes encounters, the race stays competitive as no player pulls ahead definitively, keeping upset potential alive for dark horses like Lamine Yamal amid Barcelona's chaotic build-up play.

For the purpose of this market, a disciplinary card will count as a yellow card, a direct red card, or a red card resulting from the accumulation of two yellow cards in the same match. A 2nd yellow card accumulated in a match which results in a red card will count as one card in the final count, not a separate yellow and red card. The tally of these cards will be counted as reflected on the official UEFA Champions League website (https://www.uefa.com/uefachampionsleague/statistics/players/disciplinary/).
In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official leader as determined by UEFA Champions League rules. If multiple leaders are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically.
If the 2025-26 Champions League competition is cancelled, postponed after June 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no official leader declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The resolution source for this market will be official information from UEFA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
