Trader consensus on Polymarket strongly favors 2.8 million to 3.0 million TSA checkpoint passenger screenings for March 20, reflecting sustained spring break travel momentum after record weekend highs, including 2.98 million on March 16—the busiest Saturday ever—and 2.77 million on March 17. Weekday volumes have climbed steadily, with March 18 at 2.41 million and March 19 nearing 2.5 million, bolstered by favorable weather, robust airline schedules, and post-winter vacation demand. Lower ranges like 2.6M-2.8M hold secondary weight amid minimal disruptions from strikes or weather events, while extreme outcomes remain improbable given historical Wednesday base rates around 2.4M-2.7M adjusted upward by seasonal factors. Upcoming data release could confirm or adjust these implied probabilities.
