This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 MLS Goalkeeper of the Year. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLS rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLS season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026 ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Soccer; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Early in the 2026 MLS regular season after five matchdays, trader consensus reflects a tightly contested Goalkeeper of the Year race with Roman Bürki and Daniel both at 50% implied probability, as no keeper has separated from the pack in clean sheets or save percentage amid small sample sizes. San Jose Earthquakes' Daniel surged recently with four clean sheets—second league-wide—and an MLS Team of the Matchday selection six days ago, fueling his rise despite San Jose's defensive vulnerabilities. St. Louis CITY SC veteran Bürki holds firm at 66.7% save percentage, highlighted by nine saves in a recent win, while 2025 winner Dayne St. Clair (now Inter Miami) sits at 49.5% despite zero shutouts in four starts. Chicago Fire's young Chris Brady (48.9%) and others like Luis Barraza benefit from similar early parity, with Vancouver's Yohei Takaoka (four clean sheets) lurking, underscoring the long-season volatility ahead.
