Trader consensus favors Mauricio Pochettino at 35.5% implied probability to become Tottenham's next permanent manager amid Ange Postecoglou's struggles, with Spurs sitting 14th in the Premier League after a run of draws and defeats, including a recent 4-4 thriller against Chelsea that exposed defensive frailties. Pochettino's prior success building a top-four side and enduring fan backing position him ahead, while Robert De Zerbi (24.0%) gains from his availability post-Brighton and possession-based style suiting Spurs' squad. Edin Terzic (21.7%), fresh off Dortmund, appeals for his youth development expertise, and Ryan Mason (21.3%) as interim option reflects caution for a quick internal fix. No official sacking yet tempers lower candidates like Igor Tudor.
