Oklahoma City Thunder hold a four-game lead atop Western Conference standings at 55-23, with their recent 7-2 run over the past two weeks—including road wins over Denver and Minnesota—solidifying trader consensus at 83.8% implied probability for the #1 seed, aided by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's MVP-caliber play and a soft remaining schedule featuring four home games. San Antonio Spurs, riding a franchise-best 11-game win streak fueled by Victor Wembanyama's elite two-way dominance (30+ points, 15+ rebounds lately), sit five games back at 50-28, earning 16.3% odds despite needing perfection and Thunder stumbles; tiebreaker edges favor OKC, but Spurs' momentum and health keep them viable amid rivals' fatigue and injuries like Jokić's questionable status.
