Mercedes teammates George Russell and Kimi Antonelli dominate early 2026 F1 driver standings after three Grands Prix, with Antonelli leading at 72 points following back-to-back wins in China and Japan, ahead of Russell's 63 after his Australian GP victory and recent podiums. Trader consensus favors Russell at 47.5% implied probability over Antonelli's 32.8%, reflecting the Briton's experience edge—six career wins and proven consistency—against the 19-year-old Italian rookie's rapid rise, marked by poles at Suzuka and Shanghai but potential for rookie errors in a long season. Ferrari's Charles Leclerc trails at 49 points (5.3%), while Red Bull's Max Verstappen lags amid struggles, underscoring Mercedes' pace advantage in qualifying and race pace.
