Mercedes holds a commanding 45-point lead in the Constructors' Championship after sweeping the podiums in Australia, China, and Japan, with Kimi Antonelli and George Russell securing victories in the latter two Grands Prix amid superior power unit performance and energy management under the new 2026 regulations. Ferrari trails as the nearest challenger, buoyed by consistent scoring from Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton, but lacks the pace to consistently match Mercedes' front-row locks and race dominance. McLaren sits third but hampered by reliability woes, while Red Bull struggles with uncompetitive package; the wisdom of crowds prices Mercedes' sustained edge at 77.5% implied probability, reflecting early-season momentum and rivals' development gaps ahead of Bahrain.
