Polymarket traders show closely matched implied probabilities across Opendoor Technologies (OPEN) price buckets for the March 30 week close, with 50% odds on <$0, $2.00-$3.00, $4.00-$5.00, $7.00-$8.00, and $8.00-$9.00 ranges, signaling deep uncertainty amid volatile iBuyer dynamics. OPEN shares closed at $4.90 on March 26—down 3.92% in a three-day skid—despite Q4 2025 revenue of $736 million (missing estimates but buoyed by 46% YoY home acquisition growth to 1,706 units) and a pivot to leaner, AI-enhanced operations targeting 6,000 quarterly buys by year-end. Competitive pressures from Offerpad and softening housing demand differentiate outcomes, with analyst price targets averaging $3.23-$4.50 underscoring valuation debates; Q1 earnings (late April) and mortgage rate trends represent key swing factors.

If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket.
If the final session of the week is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution.
If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price.
In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance.
The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Yahoo Finance after any adjustments have been applied.
The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the Opendoor (OPEN) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/OPEN/history, published under "Historical Prices."
