All eight quarterfinalists in the FIBA Basketball Champions League remain tightly bunched in trader consensus at 49-50% implied probabilities after narrow Game 1 home wins on April 1 in best-of-3 series: Rytas Vilnius edged ERA Nymburk 77-70, AEK BC held off Asisa Joventut 87-84, Unicaja slipped past ALBA BERLIN 72-69, and La Laguna Tenerife survived Galatasaray MCT Technic 84-83. These razor-thin margins—ranging from 1-7 points—underscore the parity among top regular-season performers like group-phase leader AEK (92% win rate) and Unicaja (85%), with no team securing a commanding lead ahead of pivotal Game 2s that could flip home-court edges and reshape Final Four paths.
