Oklahoma City Thunder command 92.7% trader consensus for the NBA Western Conference #1 seed, driven by their returning core of MVP candidate Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Chet Holmgren, and Jalen Williams—fresh off last season's league-best 57-25 record—augmented by defensive upgrades Isaiah Hartenstein and Alex Caruso for enhanced depth and rim protection. Recent preseason form shows OKC's cohesion intact, with no major injury concerns on the official report. San Antonio Spurs trail at 7.6%, buoyed by Chris Paul's addition for playmaking alongside Victor Wembanyama's sophomore potential and rookie Stephon Castle, yet their relative youth and integration risks temper expectations. Upsets could stem from OKC injuries, rest/load management in an 82-game grind, or Spurs' Wemby-led defensive dominance exceeding projections.
