Detroit Pistons command an overwhelming 86.4% implied probability as Eastern Conference #1 seed per trader consensus on Polymarket, driven by their surge up the standings with 12 wins in 27 games, fueled by Cade Cunningham's All-Star caliber play averaging 25+ points, 9 assists, and a top-5 defense anchored by healthy frontcourt depth including Jalen Duren and Isaiah Stewart. Recent momentum includes victories over contenders like the Knicks and Heat, contrasting with Boston Celtics' dip amid Kristaps Porzingis' ongoing injury absence and Cleveland Cavaliers' road struggles, while Knicks battle Julius Randle's recovery. Challengers could emerge if Celtics regain full health for a late push, Cavs exploit home-court advantages in remaining matchups, or Pistons falter on their tough schedule featuring back-to-backs and West Coast trips.
