Mercedes teammates George Russell and Kimi Antonelli dominate trader consensus at 44.5% and 31.4% implied probabilities for the 2026 F1 Drivers' Championship, mirroring their 1-2 positions in early standings after three Grands Prix. Antonelli surged ahead with victories in China and Japan—capping the latter with pole position and a commanding win—while Russell opened with the Australian GP triumph but settled for fourth in Suzuka amid undercut concerns. Mercedes' superior pace under new active aero and power unit regulations has pulled them clear, sidelining challengers like Charles Leclerc (third overall) and Max Verstappen, whose Suzuka shocker highlighted Red Bull's struggles. Russell's experience edges him as favorite, but Antonelli's rookie momentum keeps the intra-team battle tight.
