On January 5, it was reported that Joy Taylor has been accused in a civil lawsuit of creating a hostile workplace environment based on sex, race, and disability by a former employee of Fox Sports (https://frontofficesports.com/fox-skip-bayless-others-sued-on-14-counts-sexual-battery/).

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Joy Taylor is no longer employed by Fox Sports for any length of time between January 6, and February 9, 2025, 6:30 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

An announcement of Taylor’s resignation or removal before this market's end date will immediately resolve this market to "Yes", regardless of when the announced resignation or removal goes into effect.

Suspensions or temporary leave of absences will not qualify.

This market's primary resolution source will be official information from the Fox Sports, however, a consensus of credible reporting sources will also be used.
