AJ Dybantsa commands 96.1% trader consensus as NCAAM points per game leader after exploding for 33, 30, 38, and 26 points across BYU's first four games, averaging 31.8 PPG on elite 58% field goal and 44% three-point shooting as the top freshman recruit adapts seamlessly to high-major play. His sky-high usage rate in BYU's up-tempo offense, paired with a soft early non-conference schedule against overmatched foes, has created separation from challengers like Daeshun Ruffin's 27.0 PPG for McNeese. Sustaining this requires health amid Big 12 grind; realistic threats include injury, defensive adjustments from power-conference opponents, statistical regression to career norms, or surges from volume scorers like Nick Martinelli if Dybantsa cools.
