This market will resolve according to the player that finishes the 2026 Men’s NCAA Division 1 Basketball season and NCAA Tournament with the highest assists per game average of any qualified player. In the event of a tie for the highest assists per game average, this market will resolve in favor of the player who appeared in the greater number of games. If the tied players also played the same number of games, the market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. Qualification for inclusion in official NCAA leaderboards (such as minimum games or statistical thresholds) will be determined according to NCAA rules and applied exactly as reflected in the official leaderboard. If the 2026 Men’s NCAA Division 1 Basketball season is cancelled, postponed after April 20, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or if an official leader has not been declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be the NCAA (ncaa.com/stats/basketball-men/d1).Jeremy Fears Jr. holds a narrow edge in trader consensus for NCAAM assists per game leader at 52%, reflecting his NCAA-leading 9.4 APG through Michigan State's deep March Madness run, capped by a program-record 16-assist tournament game last week that surpassed Magic Johnson's two-game mark. Purdue's Braden Smith trails closely at 8.9 APG and 47.5% implied probability after breaking Bobby Hurley's NCAA career assists record in the Boilermakers' first-round rout and dominating Big Ten Tournament play with 16 assists in one outing. UCF's Themus Fulks rounds out the tight top three at 47%, buoyed by his school-record single-season total and steady 6.7 APG amid consistent point guard usage, while eliminated teams lock in lower outputs for others like Donovan Dent. With Sweet 16 matchups looming, extra games introduce volatility for the frontrunners' averages in high-stakes environments.
