Manchester City commands 83% implied probability for Premier League runner-up spot, rooted in their second-place standing on 61 points with a game in hand, trailing leaders Arsenal by nine points (+32 goal difference) but leading third-placed Manchester United by six. Recent ESPN power rankings capture City's surge—bolstered by strong run-in form including an upcoming April 19 clash with Arsenal—while Arsenal's slight dip amid a grueling schedule has tempered title expectations slightly. United's 4.3% reflects their steady climb to 55 points (+13 GD), but a six-point deficit and tougher fixtures limit upside. Arsenal's 9% acknowledges City's potential to overhaul via maximum points, though traders see Arsenal securing top spot for City's likely second. Minimal movement for lower contenders underscores the two-horse title race dominating the top of the table.
