Mercedes' commanding weekend pace at Suzuka has locked in trader consensus at a 100% implied probability for the Japanese Grand Prix constructor fastest lap, driven by Kimi Antonelli's pole lap of 1:28.778 in qualifying—edging teammate George Russell by 0.298s for a front-row lockout—and their 1-2 in FP3. Antonelli extended dominance into the race, securing victory while setting the fastest lap on lap 44 at 1:32.538 after Russell's early benchmark, underscoring Mercedes' superior race pace and tyre management on the high-speed Suzuka circuit. With the result official and Antonelli finishing atop the podium, realistic challenges are negligible barring rare post-race disqualifications or FIA reclassifications.

If the 2026 F1 Japanese Grand Prix is canceled or rescheduled to a date after Apr 5, 2026, this market will resolve to "Other."
This market will resolve in favor of the constructor team whose driver is officially credited with the fastest lap in the Final Classification published by the FIA following the conclusion of the race. The fastest lap must be set during the race itself; times from practice sessions, qualifying, or any other sessions are not considered.
If no driver completes a lap during the race (e.g., due to a red flag ending the race prematurely), this market will resolve to "Other."
The resolution source will be the official Formula 1 website and a consensus of credible sports news reporting.
