Trader consensus on Polymarket strongly favors BTS's 'Arirang' posting under 800k first-week album sales, with the outcome commanding a 97.5% implied probability backed by substantial capital. This positioning stems from the group's extended hiatus amid mandatory military service for all members—Jin recently discharged but others still serving until mid-2025—severely limiting promotional efforts, group performances, and fan mobilization that drove past mega-hits like 'Proof' to over 3 million units. Absent confirmed release strategies or streaming surges, traders see historical subunit/solo benchmarks (e.g., 300k-500k range) as the realistic ceiling. An upset into 900k+ territory would demand improbable late pre-order explosions or viral social buzz, though chart lock nears without such catalysts.
