Trader consensus favors Mauricio Pochettino at 35.5% implied probability for Tottenham's next permanent manager amid Ange Postecoglou's dismal run, with Spurs sitting 14th in the Premier League after a 1-1 draw versus Liverpool and prior losses to Chelsea and Everton exposing defensive frailties. Pochettino's prior success at the club, strong squad familiarity, and reported interest in returning bolster his lead. Robert De Zerbi (24.5%) gains from his availability post-Brighton and progressive style aligning with Spurs' attacking ethos. Edin Terzic (20.0%) reflects his fresh Dortmund exit and youth development appeal, while Ryan Mason (19.8%) edges as a low-risk interim from the academy setup. Recent board murmurs and festive fixture pile-up heighten sack pressure, shifting odds toward proven or internal fixes over longshots like Enzo Maresca.
