On April 9, the Arizona Supreme Court released a decision stating that a law from 1864 (A.R.S. § 13-3603) which effectively bans abortions in the state remains on the books and enforceable. 

This market will resolve to "Yes" if A.R.S. § 13-3603 law is repealed or otherwise overturned/cancelled between April 10, 2024, 10:00 AM ET, and November 5, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For example, if the state legislature cancels and/or repeals the 1864 ban, this market will resolve to "Yes."

If a measure which has the effect of repealing A.R.S. § 13-3603 is on the November 5, 2024 Arizona election ballot, this market will remain open until it can be determined what the results of the vote on that measure are.

This market will resolve according to the winner of the Republican Primary for Governor of Arizona, scheduled to take place on August 4, 2026. Resolution will be based on the overall winner of the primary, including any potential second round or run-off.

If no 2026 Arizona Gubernatorial Republican Primary takes place, this market will resolve to “Other.”

The resolution source for this market will be the first official announcement of the results from the Arizona Republican Party; however, an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may suffice.

If all charges related to providing illegal abortions in this case are dismissed, end due to a plea agreement without an admission of guilt, or if a mistrial is declared for the relevant charges, this market will resolve to "No".

If all illegal abortion charges dismissed at any point, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve according to the initial judgment rendered in this case. Any appeals will have no bearing on the resolution of this market.

The primary resolution source will be an official judgement delivered by the ruling court; however, other credible reporting may be used.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if TrumpRx.gov becomes publicly accessible in a form that allows members of the public to search for and find medications by January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

To qualify, the site must be publicly accessible and operational in at least a limited capacity, meaning it functions in its intended portal role by allowing users to search for or view medications and be redirected to purchase them. Glitches or minor technical issues will not render the site non-functional, provided the core portal functionality remains available to the public.

Once the qualifying functionality goes live, the market will resolve to "Yes" immediately, regardless of any subsequent reversal, rollback, or withdrawal of access.

This market will resolve to "No" if TrumpRx.gov becomes permanently unavailable.

The primary resolution source for this market will be TrumpRx.gov; however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any naturalized US citizen is denaturalized by the United States government by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

Denaturalization refers to the legal process through which a naturalized citizen’s US citizenship is revoked by the federal government.

An announcement from relevant federal government sources, including but not limited to US Attorney’s Offices, relevant US district courts, the Department of Justice, or the Department of Homeland Security, within this market’s timeframe that any naturalized citizen has been or definitively will be denaturalized will be sufficient to resolve this market, regardless of when the denaturalization goes into effect or any legal challenges the denaturalization may face after announcement. Initiation of denaturalization proceedings, allegations, recommendations, or statements otherwise supporting denaturalization without announcing the denaturalization of a specific person or persons will not alone count.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the United States federal government and federal legal structures; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Will Trump denaturalize any citizen by June 30?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any Federal or State jurisdiction of the United States formally charges or otherwise announces a criminal indictment of Governor Tim Walz by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

For the purposes of this market the District of Columbia and any county, municipality, or other subdivision of a State shall be included within the definition of a State.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from US governmental sources, however a wide consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any online sports betting provider licensed in Ohio has its license officially revoked for any period of time by March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. 

Qualifying circumstances include the Ohio Casino Control Commission revoking a Type A license and explicitly citing event-contract activity as a basis for disciplinary action under the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Chapter 3775.

A revocation will not qualify if the action is clearly unrelated to event-contract issues.

The resolution source for this market will be the first official announcement of the results from the Arkansas Democratic Party; however, an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may suffice.

This market will remain open until it is confirmed that at least one of the above conditions has not been met, or until all of the above conditions have been met.
