Trader sentiment on TSA passenger screenings for March 25 remains tightly contested, with the 2.4M-2.6M bin at 49% implied probability edging out <2.2M at 44%, reflecting post-spring break volatility after peaks above 2.5M earlier in the month. Recent daily throughput—2.32M on March 23 and 2.12M on March 24—signals a pullback from record spring highs, pressuring lower outcomes amid moderating consumer spending and elevated jet fuel costs near $2.80/gallon. Yet, robust March jobs data (303K added) and pre-Easter travel anticipation provide upside, with traders watching weather and airline load factors as key differentiators; historical Mondays post-peak average 2.3M, tilting odds toward the midpoint bin absent disruptions.
