Trader consensus on the Texas Children's Houston Open winner market prices a hyper-competitive cluster at the top, with Matthieu Pavon, Luke Clanton, Brice Garnett, Jeffrey Kang, Takumi Kanaya, and Emiliano Grillo hovering at 47% implied probabilities entering Round 3 at Memorial Park Golf Course. This tight bunch stems from Round 2 surges—Garnett carding 68 to reach T46 at -3, Kang firing 65 for T11 at -6, Kanaya's back-nine push to T33 at -4—amid low-scoring conditions (leader Gary Woodland's 63) and a depleted field after Scottie Scheffler's withdrawal and Brooks Koepka's missed cut. Strong ball-striking and putting from these mid-pack challengers, paired with Woodland's three-shot lead vulnerable to Sunday volatility on the renovated layout, fuels the even-money dynamics among this depth-laden group.
