Recent form drives the balance: Zheng powered through early rounds at the ongoing WTT event with aggressive forehand attacks, while Zhang countered with resilient defense and quick spins in her straight-set wins yesterday. Lacking head-to-head history, stylistic parity—both shakehand players favoring speed—keeps it tight. A strong morning practice session or subtle fitness update from coaches could tip odds, as table tennis outcomes often pivot on split-second footwork and mental composure in best-of-seven play.
