Dusan Lajovic holds a slight edge over Lloyd Harris in the Grand Prix Hassan II qualifying final on Marrakech's outdoor clay courts, reflecting trader consensus on his No. 127 ATP ranking versus Harris's No. 149 and stronger career clay record around 48% ATP wins. Both advanced through first-round qualifiers on March 29, with Lajovic defeating Hugo Grenier and Harris securing his spot, but recent Challenger clay losses—Lajovic to Cecchinato in Alicante R32 and Hanfmann earlier, Harris to Cecchinato in Alicante R16—highlight shaky form entering YTD records of 1-3 and 0-0 respectively. Their even head-to-head (split across hard courts) adds competitiveness, though Lajovic's baseline grinding suits the surface better amid mild weather conditions.
