Corentin Denolly enters as the clear trader favorite against qualifier Maxwell McKennon in the San Luis Potosi Challenger round of 32 on red clay, buoyed by his higher ATP ranking (402 vs. 543), superior career clay record (65% win rate), and rest advantage over the 23-year-old American who grinded through qualifiers with a three-set win over Samuel Heredia on March 29. Denolly, a lefty veteran, seeks to rebound from an early Kigali 2 Challenger exit earlier in March, while McKennon builds momentum from recent ITF and Challenger qualifiers but faces a stylistic matchup with no prior head-to-head. No injury concerns reported; outdoor conditions in Mexico favor steady baseline play, underscoring the competitive yet tilted trader consensus toward Denolly's experience.
