In the Open Menorca Challenger semifinal on outdoor clay, slightly higher-ranked Raul Brancaccio (No. 379) holds an experience edge with a career-high No. 121 and strong clay record (8-4 YTD, career 245-177), advancing via a gritty 1-6, 6-1, 6-3 quarterfinal comeback over wildcard Alejo Sanchez Quilez. American qualifier Dali Blanch (No. 410, age 23), riding a five-match win streak through quals, dominated Jonas Forejtek 6-2, 6-3 while conceding just one set overall, showcasing efficient break-point conversion (69%). No head-to-head history; both thrive on clay (Blanch 9-2 YTD). Winner faces Alex Martinez in the final amid potential lingering windy conditions from earlier rounds. Trader consensus reflects a closely contested matchup given recent momentum and surface affinities.
