If any one of the listed teams below does NOT qualify from the Group Stage, this market will resolve to "Yes": Brazil, France, England, Argentina, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Belgium. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Note, all listed teams must qualify from the Group Stage in order to resolve this market to "No". If a single one of the listed teams does not qualify from the Group Stage, this market will resolve to "Yes". If at any point it can be definitively determined that it will be impossible for one of the listed teams to qualify from the Group Stage, this market will immediately resolve to "Yes". Likewise, if it can at any point be definitively determined that all of the listed teams qualify from the Group Stage, this market will immediately resolve to "No". If the second round has not begun by December 31, 2022, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from FIFA (e.g. https://www.fifa.com/fifaplus/en/tournaments/mens/worldcup/qatar2022/scores-fixtures), including official footage from the World Cup, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
