Trader consensus prices Petr Yan as a dominant 93.5% implied probability for Merab Dvalishvili's next UFC bantamweight matchup, driven by both fighters' recent public confirmations of a trilogy bout to settle their 1-1 head-to-head record—Dvalishvili's 2023 decision win followed by Yan's unanimous decision title recapture at UFC 323 in December 2025. Dvalishvili has stated he's waiting exclusively for Yan, rejecting interim fights, while Yan affirmed the UFC guaranteed the rematch regardless of other contender results. Recent training footage and reports target July-August 2026, likely on a numbered card. Realistic challenges include injury withdrawals, weigh-in issues, or UFC pivoting to a surging contender like Umar Nurmagomedov if he delivers a statement win.
