Inter Milan lead Serie A with 69 points after 30 matches, securing a top-four finish and Champions League qualification, but AC Milan (63 points), Napoli (62), and surprise fourth-placed Como (57) are locked in a fierce battle for the remaining spots with eight matchdays remaining. Como, under Cesc Fàbregas, have defied promotion status through consistent form and a Coppa Italia semi-final run, while Napoli contend despite defender Amir Rrahmani sidelined by hamstring injury until late May. Upcoming fixtures, including Inter vs Roma, Juventus vs Genoa, and Udinese vs Como this weekend post-international break, loom large alongside rivals like Juventus and Roma lurking 4-6 points back, heightening volatility in the race for group stage berths.
