Trader consensus favors Napoli at 52.5% implied probability for Serie A second place, reflecting their surge to third on the table with 62 points after four straight wins, including a recent 1-0 victory over Cagliari via Scott McTominay's goal, positioning them one point behind AC Milan (63 points, second place). The April 6 home clash against Milan at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona looms as decisive, with Napoli's strong recent form under Antonio Conte contrasting Milan's tougher remaining fixtures amid Inter's six-point lead (69 points) but recent dropped points that assign Inter 13% odds of slipping to second. Como's remarkable five-win streak has lifted them to fourth (57 points), fueling 9.5% probability, while Juventus and Roma trail at 54 points each with harder schedules. Eight matches remain, emphasizing head-to-head results and goal difference ties.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
