Trader consensus prices Napoli at 47.5% and AC Milan at 42.5% for Serie A second place after 30 matchdays, with Milan holding a razor-thin one-point lead (63-62) over Napoli while Inter Milan dominates atop with 69 points. Napoli's surge—four wins in their last five, including a gritty 1-0 road victory at Cagliari last weekend—has closed the gap, bolstered by a superior recent goal difference (+16 vs. Milan's +24 but with more losses) and home advantage in their pivotal April 6 head-to-head clash. Milan's mixed form, featuring a 3-2 home win over Torino after a 1-0 loss at Lazio, tempers enthusiasm despite their defensive solidity. Como (57 points, +31 GD) poses an outside threat with attacking flair, keeping the race for Champions League spots fiercely contested amid tough run-ins.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
