Trader consensus on Polymarket heavily favors Mauricio Pochettino at 36% implied probability as Tottenham's next manager, fueled by his trophy-winning history at Spurs from 2014-2019, instant availability post-Chelsea, and fan nostalgia amid the club's current six-game winless Premier League skid under Ange Postecoglou. Robert De Zerbi (24.5%) rises on his possession-based success at Brighton and recent interviews signaling openness to Premier League returns, while Edin Terzic (20.3%) draws support from his Dortmund turnaround and youth appeal. Ryan Mason (19.9%), a former Spurs interim boss, positions as a safe internal bridge. Postecoglou's grip loosens after a 4-0 thrashing by Brighton and Chelsea draw, with board sources hinting at imminent change despite no official sacking.
