The primary resolution source will be official information from Major League Soccer; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Inter Miami CF tops trader consensus at 15.5% implied probability for MLS Cup 2026 thanks to Lionel Messi's recent scoring bursts, including two goals in a 4-2 comeback win over Orlando City and milestones against NYCFC, bolstering their third-place Eastern Conference standing amid high-scoring games (13 goals scored). LAFC sits close at 13.5% after a historic unbeaten start with zero goals conceded through six matchdays before their first loss, showcasing elite defense despite regression risks per xGA metrics. Vancouver Whitecaps (9.1%) surge on Brian White's six goals and 19 total strikes, tying for league lead, while expansion San Diego FC (5.1%) impresses with shutouts and a 5-0 opener. Nashville SC (4.7%) leads the table with Sam Surridge's seven goals, fueling a tight race reflective of early-season parity across power rankings.
