Yankees lead trader consensus at 34% implied probability for the 2026 AL East title after reaching the World Series, highlighting Aaron Judge's MVP production and rotation depth despite Justin Verlander's age, with Juan Soto's free agency resolution pivotal for sustained dominance. Blue Jays sit at 25% on Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Bo Bichette's long-term control amid pitching upgrades sought post-2024 fade, while Red Sox (23.5%) gain from late-season surge and farm system depth under Alex Cora's extension. Orioles (19.5%) face hurdles with Corbin Burnes' departure and rising payroll pressures on their young core like Gunnar Henderson, as Rays (6.7%) lag amid rebuild tendencies and trade activity. Offseason GM meetings signal roster moves ahead.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to be named the 2026 American League East division champion per the rules of the MLB (e.g., they are eliminated in the playoffs), the corresponding market will resolve to “No”.
If the 2026 MLB regular season is cancelled, postponed after October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Major League Baseball (https://www.mlb.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
