This market will resolve according to the player with the most assists in the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season. Only assists recorded in Ligue 1 matches will count. Assists in other competitions (e.g., Coupe de France, Trophée des Champions, Champions League, Europa League, international matches) will not count for this market. If multiple players tie for the most assists, the market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2025-26 Ligue 1 season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no official leader declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other” The primary resolution source will be official statistics from the Ligue 1 (https://ligue1.com/en/data-zone/ligue1mcdonalds/season-stats/players/assists); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Adrien Thomasson's commanding 93% trader consensus in the Ligue 1 most assists race reflects his 10 assists—tied atop the standings with Brest's Ludovic Ajorque, whose side has completed its fixtures—while RC Lens faces Paris Saint-Germain on May 13 and Lyon on May 17, offering Thomasson prime chances to claim sole possession through his central midfield creativity and consistent starting role. Recent form, including key contributions in Lens' late-season push, has solidified his edge, with 30 matches played underscoring reliability. Challengers like Jonathan Clauss (7 assists, Nice vs. Metz finale) and Arsène Kouassi (8 assists, Lorient vs. Havre) trail meaningfully, needing hat-trick hauls amid tough odds. Realistic shifts hinge on Thomasson injury, suspension, or blank sheets against elite defenses, enabling a late surge from wing threats.
