Norway enters the opening T20I of the Portugal Tri-Series against France with momentum from recent triumphs, including a 32-run victory over Hungary in their August 2025 Tri-Nation series and a 22-run win over France in the Viking Cup last summer, where they defended 138. Head-to-head records stand at 1-1 in T20Is, underscoring a competitive rivalry. Santarem Cricket Ground's pitch offers consistent bounce favoring pace bowlers, potentially suiting both sides' attacks amid balanced recent forms—Norway W W L W W, France seeking redemption post-losses. No key injuries reported; early series implications and toss could sway dew-affected chases in this neutral venue.
