Black Dragons, despite a gritty 2-1 upset victory over Liquid in the Six Invitational 2026 South America LCQ last January to secure main event qualification, have faced roster turbulence with multiple player and coach changes in March, including additions like Bokzera and shifts in leadership. Liquid holds a commanding head-to-head edge, winning five of the last six encounters with a 8-2 map advantage, underscoring their superior map control and execution in high-stakes SA play, though BO1 volatility keeps Black Dragons' deep map pool as a realistic upset threat.
