David Eichenseher, the higher-ranked German player with an ATP ranking near 1023, faces 17-year-old Romanian Cezar Stefan Bentzel in the clay-court ITF M15 Curtea de Arges. Eichenseher enters after a straight-sets win in the tournament and holds a significant edge in professional experience and recent results at this level. Bentzel, ranked well outside the top 2000, secured his own first-round victory but faces a steep challenge against a more established opponent on his home surface. The matchup features limited head-to-head history, with both players showing competitive records in lower-tier events. Outdoor clay conditions and potential fatigue from the event schedule remain key variables for the encounter.
