Mercedes holds a commanding 45-point lead in the Constructors' Championship with 135 points after early 2026 grands prix, driven by Kimi Antonelli and George Russell's 1-2 in the drivers' standings—Antonelli with two wins and two poles—bolstered by superior reliability, pit stop efficiency, and adaptation to new regulations. Ferrari trails at 90 points via consistent podiums from Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton, while McLaren sits third on 46 points despite race pace gaps acknowledged in pre-season sims. Red Bull's struggles with just 16 points reflect development woes, relegating them far back. Recent FIA ban on a Mercedes-Red Bull qualifying loophole ahead of Miami changes little, as Silver Arrows' dominance persists, shaping trader consensus toward an 76.5% implied probability for their title.
