This market will resolve to "Yes" if the FDV of DADDY TATE ($DADDY) reaches $500,000,000.00 or greater for five consecutive minutes between June 12, 2024, 4:00 PM ET, and June 14, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be 1 minute price candles for $DADDY available at https://dexscreener.com/solana/zcdaw3jpcqey8jyvxnvmqs2cu35cyddy4ot7v8ednhz, viewed by clicking Price and 1m on the top row of the chart. Specifically, five consecutive 1-minute price candles need to all have Low prices which, when multiplied by the total NON-BURNED supply of $DADDY, provide an FDV $500,000,000.00 or greater for this market to resolve to “Yes.”

If the five minute period starts at e.g. June 14, 11:58 PM ET to June 15, 12:02 AM ET, it will count for this market.

This market will immediately resolve to "Yes" if the USDT marketcap is equal to or greater than the value specified in the title on any day by December 31, 2026. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

This market will resolve based on CoinGecko's "historical data" section for USDT, currently available at https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/tether/historical_data#panel respectively, specifically the daily "Market Cap" data.

The daily market cap data for any given date will be considered finalized once data for the following calendar day is published on CoinGecko’s “Historical Data” page.

This market will resolve based on the specified CoinGecko chart, not according to other sources or spot markets.

Daily data will be considered finalized once the following day’s data point is published.

If the resolution source becomes permanently unavailable, the market will resolve based on other reliable crypto data sources.

Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. 

If Bank First releases earnings without GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve to “No”.

If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, this market will resolve to “No.”

If Citizens Financial Group releases earnings without non-GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents; or, if not published there, according to the GAAP EPS provided by SeekingAlpha.
